Sussex County sends Delmarva BBQ Chicken from the birthplace of the broiler industry. Scrapple and Slippery Dumplings are the Pennsylvania Dutch inheritance. Boardwalk Fries mean Rehoboth in July, and Peach Pie remembers when this was the peach state. What Delaware is famous for is smaller than the state that grows it.
